Of all the properties I’ve had an opportunity to work on, the Jaws board game might be the truest adaptation of it’s source material. Everything from it’s two act structure, to the extensively researched Amity Island map and Orca boat tiles, to the original art all speak directly to our team’s love of this classic film. As a Product Designer on this game, my contributions included:
Designing the color scheme, iconography and typography system.
Graphic design for the packaging, player character boards, various card decks, tokens and tiles.
Working with and providing direction and feedback to illustrators.
Researching and developing the Amity Island game board and Orca boat tiles.
Designing the various wooden meeples.
Graphic design and layout for instruction manual.
